Services

All grooms are tailored to suit your dogs specific needs and are priced individually. Please contact us for a quote.

Full Groom (approx 2hrs)

  • Includes: bath, dry, coat clipping and styling, nail clipping, ear cleaning.
  • A tailored service for all dogs with medium to high maintenance coats. For double coated breeds this service includes trimming and shaping.

Mini Groom (approx 1hr)

  • Includes: bath, dry, brush, nail clipping, ear and skin fold cleaning
  • Perfect for short coated breeds and long coated breeds in-between their full grooms.
  • Add on to your groom: Super de-shed for short haired breeds (mud bath treatment to minimise malting and soothe skin): £6-£12 depending on size.

Hand Stripping (approx 2.5 hrs)

  • Includes: handstrip, nail clipping, ear cleaning, bath and dry.
  • Hand stripping is the process of pulling out excess dead coat, rather than clipping to allow new hairs to grow (this is a painless process.) It is a specialist skill and takes longer than clipping, however there are many benefits to having your dogs coat stripped.
  • Popular stripping breeds include: Terriers (Border, Fox, Airedale etc.) and even Spaniels. It’s highly unlikely that your dogs coat can be stripped if they've been previously clipped or spayed.

Puppy Groom (approx 1hr)

  • Includes: bath, dry, hygiene trim, nail clipping, ear cleaning, skin fold cleaning.
  • Puppies are welcome in the salon as soon as they have had their vaccinations (usually from around 12 weeks old).
  • We want to keep grooming a positive experience for your puppy so we take things slow and build a positive relationship between dog and groomer. Consistency is key! (After 3 puppy grooms or from around 6 months old, your puppy will qualify for full grooms.)

Terms and conditions

Extra Charges

Fleas - £15 fee added on top of groom cost. When fleas enter the salon it requires deep cleaning, fumigation and possibly cancellation of all other appointments for the day. If fleas are spotted before grooming process begins we will be forced to refuse service and you may still be charged the fee.

Matting - £5 - £10 added to cost of groom depending on severity.

Deposits

Failing to show to your appointment or cancelling within 24hrs will result in a non-refundable £20 deposit being required to secure all future grooms. Please give as much notice as possible if needing to alter your appointment.

Doodle Policy

Poodles and poodle crosses must be on regular grooming schedules to be on our books. This is due to their high maintenance coats type. We recommend every 4-6 weeks for cockapoos, poodles, doodles in these longer styles. Up to 12 weeks on shortest styles.

Salon Arrivals

There may be multiple customers in the reception at one time. So to ensure the happiness and safety of all the dogs, please bring yours on a lead. We groom a variety of dogs with different temperaments so please always ask other owners before allowing your dogs to greet each other.
